Greek philosopher Heraclitus once said that the only constant in life is change itself. In a growing, thriving business like Country Lumber, that is certainly true. In my six years here, I’ve seen turnover, growth, a physical move, and several role changes. With Boe trained to take over Customer Support, I’m ready for my next big thing at Country Lumber.
Don’t worry, I’m not going far. In fact, my new office is right across from my old spot at the front desk. My new job title is Sales Support, and as I’ve told the team, my only goal is to make everyone else the best they can be. In a lot of ways it’s the job I was born for – my husband recently told me that my life job title should be “facilitator of fun” since organizing, coordinating, and making things run smoothly is totally my jam.
